Rose Knows that each store is unique and certain building materials require different mounting methods. We work with you to eliminate the guesswork and make sure you have exactly the store display signware solution you need. We also know that compliance is a big issue, and we are always devising new ways to help ensure that materials are received, assembled, and updated by your staff in a timely manner.

In addition, Rose Displays offers a wide range of special services to make your signware projects as easy as possible to implement. These include kitting, drop shipping, blanket orders, and samples. Clearly illustrated instruction sheets are shipped with each order, featuring our phone number so we can address any questions your staff may have directly.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call us for most accurate pricing.

Handling Charges

Rose Displays, Ltd. gladly accepts orders of any size, and a $15 handling charge is added to all orders under $100.

Delivery/Freight

All shipments are FOB Plant (Salem, MA), and customers are responsible for all freight charges. Customer is responsible for submitting claim against shipping company for any damaged product if shipped 3rd party or collect.

Notification of Missing Product/Defects

Please inspect the contents of your order for damage or missing pieces immediately upon arrival. Rose Displays, Ltd. guarantees all of its products, and will gladly replace defective merchandise. Customer must notify Rose Displays, Ltd. of any missing components or product defects within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, the order is considered complete and in good condition.

Returns

Most stock items may be returned up to 60 days from date of invoice, if product is in re-sellable condition as determined by Rose Displays, Ltd. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all stock items as well as all kitted products and solutions. Special and/or custom products are generally non-returnable, unless Rose Displays, Ltd.’s vendors will accept them. A 50% restocking fee will be charged for these special or custom items. Test products sold at a 50% discount as well as all orders under $100 are non-returnable.
